Publication Feature – Lifestyle Design Interior 2022

The interior design project Casa V is presented in the publication Lifestyle Design Interior 2022. This residence represents a refined balance between contemporary living and functional clarity, where simplicity of form and the use of raw, natural materials create harmonious lines and vibrant spatial atmospheres.

Conceived entirely as a smart home, Casa V integrates advanced technologies while maintaining a strong commitment to comfort and sustainability. Organized across four levels and connected vertically by both staircases and a glass-faced elevator, the house combines efficiency with elegance. The design narrative is reinforced through a palette of contrasting black and white tones, enriched by carefully curated textures that establish a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior.

Each space has been envisioned with a distinct character. The ground floor is animated by a striking dialogue between a white piano and a large aquarium, complemented by open living, dining, and kitchen areas, including dual cooking zones and a dedicated wine room. The upper floors host three bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and dressing areas, while the attic accommodates an additional bedroom suite and a hobby room. Throughout the residence, an integrated sound system creates a fluid auditory experience, allowing music to accompany movement from one space to another.

What defines Casa V most profoundly is the openness of the clients toward innovation and their dedication to quality in every design choice. The result is a living environment that resonates with vitality, music, and joy—an expression of contemporary habitation in its most elegant form.
