Modern Residential Interior | Tunari, Nova Residence
House KKN is a contemporary residential project located within an exclusive ensemble in Tunari, NOVA Residence, envisioned as a harmonious balance between architectural clarity, warmth, and refined sophistication. As a design team, our vision was to create a bright, cohesive interior defined by a nude color palette and soft transitions in textures and finishes — a home that feels serene, elegant, and effortlessly livable.
Concept & Design Approach
Our concept revolves around a luminous nude palette — warm beiges, soft creams, taupe undertones, and natural wood hues — carefully layered to achieve depth without visual heaviness. Rather than relying on strong contrasts, we focused on subtle tonal gradations and delicate material shifts, allowing each space to flow organically into the next.
Soft transitions in texture play a defining role in the identity of the project. Matte surfaces blend into velvety textiles, natural wood meets refined stone, and sheer draperies filter daylight to create gentle light effects throughout the day. This interplay of finishes and light establishes a calm, immersive atmosphere where every element feels intentional and interconnected.
Spatial Flow & Living Area
The ground floor was designed as a fluid open-plan composition, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen coexist in visual continuity. Rather than rigid separations, we defined each function through proportions, ceiling detailing, lighting design, and strategic furniture placement.
The living area is anchored by a sculptural modular sofa that combines generous comfort with architectural presence. Custom-built shelving with integrated lighting introduces vertical rhythm and a warm ambient glow, enhancing the richness of the nude palette. Large glazed openings invite natural light deep into the interior, reinforcing the connection between the refined indoor environment and the surrounding greenery of Tunari.
Dining & Kitchen
In the dining area, the natural stone table becomes a tactile focal point, complemented by softly contoured upholstered chairs that echo the project’s language of fluid forms. Layered circular pendant lighting adds a contemporary sculptural statement while maintaining visual lightness.
The kitchen reflects our commitment to functional elegance. Clean-lined cabinetry, warm neutral finishes, and discreet integrated lighting create a minimalist yet welcoming space. The central island serves as both a practical workspace and a social hub, strengthening the home’s emphasis on interaction and shared experiences.
Private Spaces
The bedrooms continue the narrative of understated luxury. Upholstered headboards, subtle wall treatments, and carefully curated lighting establish intimate yet luminous environments. Textures transition seamlessly from one surface to another, preserving the calm continuity of the overall palette.
The children’s room introduces a delicate touch of playfulness through blush accents and rounded forms, while remaining aligned with the modern and refined character of the home.

We envisioned an elegant interior where every detail is thoughtfully curated and every material expresses quality. From bespoke millwork and integrated lighting to the tactile richness of stone, textiles, and natural wood, each element was selected to reflect craftsmanship, durability, and timeless appeal.
