A Complete Floor Transformation into Modern Chic Living

House LT is a complete renovation and reimagining of an entire level of a family home, transformed into a sophisticated contemporary retreat where refined aesthetics meet everyday comfort. Designed with a focus on timeless elegance, the project embraces clean architectural lines, luxurious natural materials, and a soft, harmonious palette to create an atmosphere of understated luxury.

The new layout maximizes openness and natural light, allowing every space to flow effortlessly into the next while maintaining a strong sense of intimacy. Full-height glazing, generous terraces, and carefully framed outdoor views blur the boundaries between interior and exterior, filling the home with warmth throughout the day.

At the heart of the project, the living area is conceived as a calm yet elegant gathering space. Sculptural furniture, bespoke cabinetry, integrated lighting, and natural stone details create a refined composition that feels both inviting and sophisticated. Every element has been carefully curated to balance comfort with contemporary elegance.

NOON is conceived as a dynamic social space—an elegant café that transforms with the rhythm of the day, located in the heart of the capital, in Piața Victoriei.

Rooted in warmth, texture, and light, the design invites guests to slow down, connect, and enjoy effortless moments together.

During the daytime, the space is bathed in natural light pouring through expansive windows, highlighting a palette of soft neutrals, rich wood tones, and tactile fabrics. The seating layout encourages both intimacy and openness—whether for a quiet coffee, a casual meeting, or a relaxed brunch with friends.

At the heart of the café, a sculptural bar anchors the experience, combining clean architectural lines with curated details—from artisanal displays to refined lighting elements that create a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere.

As noon passes, the identity of the space begins to shift.

A dedicated DJ corner introduces a new layer of energy, transforming the café into a vibrant social hub. Music, light, and atmosphere blend seamlessly, creating a setting where guests can gather, unwind, and enjoy a lively yet refined ambiance. The transition is subtle yet intentional—maintaining the elegance of the design while infusing it with rhythm and movement.

NOON is more than a café—it is a place to meet, to pause, and to celebrate the simple pleasure of being together, from daylight calm to an upbeat midday escape, right in the vibrant core of the city.

Designed as a serene and joyful holiday home, Le Refuge by the Lake — House 21 is a place where architecture and nature exist in perfect harmony. Set along the water’s edge and embraced by the surrounding landscape, the house invites you to relax, disconnect, and reconnect with nature.

The living space is the heart of the home and truly outstanding. Expansive glazing blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors, filling the interior with natural light and framing views of the lake, sky, and forest. Warm wood finishes and soft textures create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

At the center of the living area, the fireplace stands as the soul of the house — the coolest place to gather, relax, and unwind. Uniquely designed and specially created for House 21, the fireplace is crafted in metal, its fluid form evoking a breeze of wind moving across a wave. Both sculptural and functional, it becomes a striking focal point, bringing warmth, movement, and intimacy to the space, and transforming the living area into a cozy sanctuary during snowy winters and calm evenings by the lake.

We are proud to announce that our project House 97 Interiors has been nominated in the Interior – Residential category at the SHARE Architecture Awards 2025, held this year in Dornbirn, Austria. This recognition highlights our commitment to creating cohesive, meaningful architecture where exterior form and interior atmosphere are conceived as one unified vision.

Completed in 2024, House 97 is the result of a comprehensive design and build process in which our team oversaw every phase—from shaping the building’s exterior identity to crafting its interior layout, material palette, and bespoke details. The project reflects our belief that true architectural quality emerges when structure, function, and interior experience work seamlessly together.

Being nominated among such distinguished works is an honour and a motivation to continue pushing the boundaries of thoughtful, human-centered residential design. We thank the SHARE Architecture Awards jury for this recognition and congratulate the other nominees for their inspiring contributions.

Nord 26 – Contemporary Elegance in North Avenue 🏰

Located in the prestigious North Avenue area, North 26 is a refined apartment that blends contemporary sophistication with subtle neoclassical elements. Designed to offer both comfort and elegance, this residence embodies a timeless aesthetic rooted in balance, texture, and light.

The apartment features a generous 60 sqm terrace, seamlessly extending the interior living space into an open, sunlit retreat perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Inside, the palette of warm neutrals, tactile fabrics, and sculptural lighting brings a sense of calm luxury. Every detail — from the clean architectural lines to the bespoke furnishings — reflects a thoughtful design approach focused on functionality and beauty.

At the heart of the open space, the kitchen island becomes more than a design centerpiece — it creates a friendly and inviting atmosphere, encouraging connection and enjoyment around food and conversation. The space exudes modern comfort while maintaining an air of sophistication.

The bedroom continues the story of refined serenity, featuring soft tones, layered textures, and a harmonious blend of contemporary comfort and classic detailing. An extra-chic makeup area designed for the lady of the house adds a personal touch of glamour — an intimate corner where elegance meets practicality, highlighted by delicate lighting and exquisite finishes.

With its harmonious proportions and modern refinement, North 26 captures the essence of urban elegance, transforming everyday living into an elevated experience.

Office S94 — Sophisticated Workspace

Office S94 redefines the modern workspace through a seamless blend of comfort, creativity, and refined taste. This interior captures a bourgeois spirit, where elegance meets functionality and productivity unfolds in a space designed for inspiration.

The design harmonizes soft neutral tones with rich wood finishes, creating a warm yet contemporary atmosphere. A leather cream sofa anchors the lounge area, inviting casual meetings or relaxed reflection, while bespoke shelving in walnut veneer adds architectural rhythm and depth. Integrated lighting highlights curated art pieces, sculptural objects, and books—subtle nods to intellect and culture.

At the heart of the space, a sleek marble dining-style table becomes both a collaborative hub and a statement of style. The avant-garde lighting fixtures above cast a sculptural glow, balancing artistry and functionality. Textured seating and rounded marble coffee tables introduce tactile comfort and visual contrast.
