House B — Modern Elegance in Warm Neutrals ✨
Located in Balotești, House B represents a major transformation, where thoughtful design redefined both the function and the spirit of the home. One of the key interventions was the conversion of the former garage into a bright, contemporary kitchen. This new space is visually connected to the living area through a custom glass partition, allowing natural light to flow while creating a harmonious dialogue between the two zones. The result is a warm and welcoming kitchen that has become the heart of the home—perfect for cooking, family gatherings, and everyday living.
The upper level is dedicated entirely to the night zone, offering a private retreat with a calm and elegant atmosphere. Soft neutral tones, organic textures, sculptural lighting, and minimalistic touches complete the interior aesthetic, giving the entire home a refined and serene character. Every detail has been carefully curated to balance comfort with contemporary design, transforming House B into a truly modern home.
