A49 RV – Contemporary Living, Timeless Details
Location: Avalon Residential Complex, Voluntari, Romania
Located in the beautiful Avalon residential complex in Voluntari, A49 RV is an apartment defined by generous proportions, natural light and a spectacular living area with an impressive ceiling height of approximately 4.5 metres.
Our design approach embraces these exceptional architectural features, creating a contemporary interior that balances sophistication with warmth and comfort. A carefully curated palette of warm neutrals, rich wood textures and refined finishes establishes a calm, elegant atmosphere, while subtle contrasts add depth and character to each space.
The living area is the heart of the apartment, where the impressive vertical dimension enhances the sense of openness and grandeur. Full-height wood panelling, integrated lighting and carefully composed decorative elements accentuate the room’s proportions, creating a sophisticated architectural backdrop for the contemporary furniture.
The kitchen and dining area continue the same design language, combining clean lines and understated elegance with expressive materials. Italian furniture, sculptural lighting fixtures and carefully selected finishes bring personality to the interior, transforming everyday living into a more elevated experience.
In the bedroom, soft textures, delicate botanical patterns and a muted colour palette create an intimate retreat, where comfort and sophistication come together. Thoughtful lighting, bespoke storage solutions and a carefully layered combination of materials contribute to a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Throughout A49 RV, our intention was to create more than a visually striking interior: a contemporary home with a distinctive identity, where exceptional architectural proportions, carefully selected materials and timeless design details come together to create an inviting and enduring living experience.
